Goal of Christianity
"What, then, is the goal of Christianity?" "I believe the goal of Christianity is what the goal of God is for man — to have union of man with God and union of man with one another. When we call God our heavenly father, we have this call that we live as brothers and sisters, one with another, in true love, unity, and peace. And then, the final goal is — as we follow the Lord Jesus in this life and try to live in love, unity and peace with our brothers and sisters — that we come to eternal life." |
